  1. chgdesc.wcx
  2. What it does. It will Change the File DESCRIPTION of Every File in any file
  3. area to the description YOU enter.

  5. to install it: copy chgdesc.wcx to your wildcat 5 dir
  6. to Run the program "Wcrun -r chgdesc" or add it to a Menu (sysop suggested).

  8. When run it will ask for a File Area, enter the file area # you wish changed.
  9. If you enter file area 0, the program ends.
  10. If you entered any Valid file area it will then ask for a description.

  12.   You will then be shown the File area and Description.
  13.   press 1 to Change the File Area
  14.   press 2 to Change the Description
  15.   or Press ANY other key to Proceed

  17. It will then  and proceed to change the File Description of EVERY FILE in the
  18. selected file area to the ONE you entered. When done with the current file area
  19. The program starts over, It will display the File Area Number of the Last File
  20. area you Changed and ask for the Next File area. IF you enter 0 the program ends
  21. otherwise it will display the Last Description you entered and ask for a New
  22. Description. if you press enter (enter no description) it will use the Last 
  23. description you entered.

  25. Real handy for things like Adult files (most cd's dont have descriptions!)
  26. graphics cd's (usually files are sorted by directory)
